Repositioning
We worked closely with the CEO and COO on repositioning the brand with new messaging. A new strapline of “SIMPLIFY” communicated Magma’s overarching purpose.
Brand narrative
The communication strategy focused on using customer stories to better establish Magma’s track record and communicate the value through real life projects.
New presence
A new website created a more modern look and feel and gave the impression of a much bigger brand. A corporate video to deliver powerful messages in a visual format completed the new assets and was shared across the industry to great effect.

International PR and communications
Magma wanted to increase awareness in Brazil to demonstrate its composite solution to a major corrosion challenge. We travelled to Rio to meet people and better understand the market. While we were there took the local VP on a Brazilian press tour. An exclusive corporate event in partnership with an energy trade magazine helped cement strong relationships.
Impact
Magma’s composite technology is now accepted as “qualified” and Brazil’s main oil operator, Petrobras, has gone on record to declare that composites are their preferred solution. Magma is now working closely with Petrobras.
